Instructions For Online Registration

Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully before registration. After reading the instructions click the "Proceed" Button. DO NOT PRESS BACK BUTTON DURING REGISTRATION.

STEPS FOR THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS ( 1 TO 8 ).

Step 1 : Read common prospectus carefully
Step 2 : From the list of programs, read the program/department prospectus if available
Step 3 : To Apply for a program click on the Apply Now link in the respective program
Step 4 : Candidate Basic Registration
Candidate should enter the personal details here. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
1. Name (As in the certificate of the qualifying examination).
2. Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy format).
3. Contact Mobile No : Enter Mobile Number.
4. Fee Category
5. Gender (Choose Male/Female/Transgender).
6.Aadhaar Number
7. Email : Enter Email id.
8. Print Application Number and Password
Step 5 : Online Fee Payment
Payment Categories :
PG Department - Registration Fee (General / SEBC)
PG Department - Registration Fee (SC/ST)

* If the payment is success, You will get an SMS alert from the University to Continue to the next step
Step 6 : Enter Registration Fee remittance details

After receiving the SMS alert regarding successfull payment, login to your account with the Application number and Password.Then the Candidates will be directed to a page for entering the registration fee DUNumber. If the payment is success, you will be move to the "Candidate profile Registration"

Step 7 : Candidate profile Registration
Candidate should enter the personal details here. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
I. Personal Details
1. Name (As in the certificate of the qualifying examination).
2. Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy format).
3. Gender (Choose Male/Female/Transgender).
4. Nationality : Whether Indian or not?
5. Contact Mobile No : Enter Mobile Number.
6. Land Phone: Enter Land Phone Number with STD Code.
7. Email : Enter Email id.
8. Address: The candidate has to provide permanent address for communication.
9. Street: Enter Street Name
10. Place: Enter Place
11. State: Select State
12. State: Select District
13. Taluk : Select Taluk
14. Post : Enter PostOffice
15. Pin : Enter Pincode
II.Reservation Details
16. Creamy layer : Select the Creamy layer/Non Creamy layer.If the candidate choose Non Creamy layer, he/she has to submit certificates to support the claim at the time of admission.
17. Religion: Select your religion.
18. Are you eligible for communal reservation?: State whether the candidate wish to avail the benefit of communal reservation or not. By choosing YES, the candidate will be considered for reservation benefit and the candidate should be able to produce the community and income proof accordingly. For details see Prospectus clause 4.
19. Category: Select reservation category.
20. Caste : Select caste.
21. Differently Abled ( Persons with disabilities ) : It mentions to claim reservation seats for persons with disabilities . If the candidate choose YES, he/she has to submit certificates to support the claim.(See prospectus)
22. OEC: It mentions to claim OEC candidates only. If the candidate choose YES, he/she has to submit certificates to support the claim.(See prospectus)
23. Forward Community: Select yes if you are from Forward community and No if you are not from forward community.
24. BPL: It mentions to claim reservation seats for forward community candidates who are economically backward. If the candidate choose YES, he/she has to submit certificates to support the claim.(See prospectus)
25 III.Special Weightage Details
25 a).Select NSS b)select NCC c) Ex-service Men / Widows of Jawans/Children of Jawans , If Applicable
26 IV. Miscellaneous Details
26 a)Reservation for Nominees ,If Applicable : (See prospectus) b)Have you completed any degree course in regular mode? select if Yes or No otherwise c) Have you represented any sports competitions ? if Yes
26(b). Have you represented any sports competitions? : The candidate can select 'YES' if he/she has won in sports competitions at District/State/National level and also mention     the sports item.
After filling this candidate profile, the candidate can continue registration by clicking button "Save and Continue". It directs to a page, Academic Profile Registration.
Step 8 : Upload photo and Signature
Photo [with 150px X 200px (WIDTH X HEIGHT), 40kb, .jpg format only]. Photo must be clear and with light background. Signature [with 150px X 60px (WIDTH X HEIGHT), 40kb, .jpg format only]. For uploading photo and signature, select the image file on the PC using "Browse" button. After uploading the photo and signature, click "Continue" button for further registration.
Step 9 : Academic Profile Registration.
Enter mark details of the qualifying examination of the candidate.
i. Select the university: Select the university from the following list Kerala University,Cochin University Science and Technology, Kannur University, Calicut University, Mahatma Gandhi University. If the name of the University is not listed select 'Other; and enter the University name.
ii. Select the Degree Programme: Select the degree program from the list.
iii. Specialization: Specialization such as B.A. English, B.Sc. physics, B.Com. Etc..
iv. Number of Appearances: The number of chances taken to complete the qualifying examination.
v. Year of Passing: Select the year of passing of qualifying examination.
vi. Examination Register Number : The Register number of qualifying examination. (ie, Degree Level)

The candidate can verify/edit the submitted application again before taking its print out. The candidates cannot edit some specific fields in each sections.

Step 10 : Print out of completed application form

Click the 'Print Completed Application' button to take the print out of the completed application form. The Registration process will be completed only after taking the print out of the completed application form.

Online application should be submitted on or before 05-05-2018
AFFIX A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE CANDIDATE IN THE PRINTOUT AND SEND IT TO THE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT.

THE PRINT OUT SHOULD BE SENT TO THE RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT SO AS TO REACH ON OR BEFORE 10-05-2018.
